About My Practice

I believe that just as we train our bodies, we can strengthen our minds, and therapy offers a space to do that with kindness and intention. Whether you’re moving through anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, identity questions, or the weight of daily life, I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can feel supported and understood.

I work with teens, college students, adults, and couples, and I’m especially drawn to supporting people in moments of transition, when you’re figuring out who you are, who you’re becoming, or what you need next. My approach is compassion-focused and collaborative. I believe you carry deep wisdom about your life; I bring clinical skill, structure, and curiosity, and you bring your lived experience and inner knowing. Together, we work toward healing, clarity, and emotional resilience.

Professional Athletic Background: Before entering the mental health field, I played professional soccer. This unique lived experience shaped my passion for helping athletes and performers tend to both their mental health and the intense pressures of high performance.
